Questions
Do my customers have to download an app?
No. The card opens in the phone's browser, with nothing to download.
What do I need at the business?
You need internet on your phone and the customer needs to show their card. No cash register or card terminal needed.
How do I stop cheating?
You scan the customer's card and see their name before giving the stamp. You also set a daily maximum and a minimum time between stamps.
Can I change the rules later?
Yes. Change the stamps for the reward, the reward and the rules whenever you want. Cards already started finish with the rules they had.
What about customers without a phone?
Add them by name and give the stamp by finding them on your phone.
What happens with my customers' data?
We only use it for your business's stamp card and don't share it with other businesses. See the privacy notice.
